When can you get a refund?

We've kept the rules simple so you always know where you stand. Refund eligibility depends on timing — act within the window and we've got you covered.

24-hour window
Submit your refund request within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible. The countdown starts the moment your payment is confirmed.
Not eligible
After event starts
Once an event or class has begun, refunds are no longer available — regardless of when you purchased your ticket.
Additional restrictions
Some purchases may have extra timing rules enforced automatically based on event type or creator settings.

If an event is cancelled by the creator, all ticket holders are automatically refunded — regardless of the 24-hour window. You'll be notified immediately in the app.

How the refund timeline works

Here's what happens from the moment you request a refund to when it lands back in your account.

Submit your request in-app
Open My Purchases, select the item, and tap "Request Refund." The eligibility countdown is shown live so you know exactly how much time remains.
Step 2
Eligibility check
Our system instantly verifies that your request falls within the 24-hour window and that the event hasn't started. You'll see a confirmation or explanation right away.
Step 3
Refund processed via Stripe
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Step 4
Track your status in real time
Every refund has a live status you can follow inside the app — from submitted, to processing, to completed.

Quick answers

Here are the most common things people ask about refunds on ULIKME.

What if the event was cancelled by the creator?
If a creator cancels an event, all ticket holders are automatically refunded — no action needed on your part. You'll be notified in-app, and the refund will appear within 5–10 business days.
Can I get a partial refund?
Refunds are processed on a per-purchase basis at full value. Partial refunds are not available through the standard flow, but may be arranged in exceptional circumstances by contacting our support team.
How long does the refund take to appear in my account?
Once approved, Stripe processes the refund immediately on our end. It then takes 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
What happens if I miss the 24-hour window?
Once the window has closed, the standard refund is no longer available. You can still reach out to our support team for exceptional circumstances, though approval is at our discretion.
What payment methods are eligible for refunds?
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. This includes all Stripe-supported cards and digital wallets. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or card.
